These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GetRankedStudio website and services provided by HME Technologies Corporation, a US corporation doing business as GetRankedStudio ("GetRankedStudio," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our site or engaging our services you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
GetRankedStudio produces YouTube video content, offers placements on channels we own and operate, and provides channel-management services. Scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, and cancellation terms for any paid engagement are governed by a separate signed engagement agreement between you and GetRankedStudio, which controls in the event of any conflict with these Terms.
2. No ranking guarantees
We do not guarantee any specific search ranking, position, view count, click- through rate, conversion rate, revenue, or business outcome on YouTube, Google, or any other platform. Search algorithms are controlled by third parties and change over time. What we commit to is the process — keyword and competitor research, production quality, and SEO — that has consistently produced results for our clients.
3. Third-party platforms and trademarks
GetRankedStudio is an independent company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, Google LLC, Alphabet Inc., or any other third-party platform. YouTube and the YouTube logo are trademarks of Google LLC. All third-party trademarks, service marks, logos, and brand names referenced on this site or in our services are the property of their respective owners. Your use of any third-party platform is subject to that platform's own terms and policies.
4. Advertising, endorsements, and affiliate disclosure
We comply with the US Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides and related advertising rules. Every video we produce that contains affiliate links includes a clear and conspicuous affiliate disclosure. Videos that are paid placements or sponsorships are clearly labeled as "sponsored" or equivalent. On-camera reviewers provide their honest opinions; product claims are those of the underlying brand and are not independently verified by GetRankedStudio unless expressly stated.
5. Ownership
Videos we produce for your own channel are owned by you upon full payment. Videos produced for our network channels remain the property of GetRankedStudio or the applicable channel operator; you receive the promotional exposure and control the destination links and offers in the video description as agreed in your engagement.
6. Website use
You agree not to (a) reverse engineer or interfere with the site; (b) scrape, copy, or reuse our content without permission; (c) upload malicious code; or (d) use the site to violate any law or third-party right.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GetRankedStudio and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the website or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the website shall not exceed the greater of one hundred US dollars (US $100) or the amounts you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GetRankedStudio and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of any law or third-party right; (c) content, products, or services you provide to us; or (d) your use of the website or services.
10. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the website shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
11. Paid engagements
Any paid engagement between you and GetRankedStudio is governed by a separate signed agreement that sets out the scope, fees, deliverables, revisions, cancellation, and ownership terms for that engagement. In the event of any conflict between that agreement and these Terms with respect to the paid engagement, the signed agreement controls.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
